After 30 years of selling, I would enjoy showing you what makes PEOPLE BUY and how to get the MOST $ with the least amount of effort. People buy homes within 70 seconds after they get out of their car and reach the living room. Therefore, the first 70 seconds must turn on all their senses - sight, smell, sound and emotion. All are extremely important to make the first impression a good impression with buyers. It may be something as small as painting a doorstep or rearranging furniture. A small paint job can cover a world of defects. I also have a working knowledge of colours, plans and lighting - knowing how aromatherapy affects potential buyers and how adding or subtracting fresh flowers and plants can create the desired atmosphere. I carry rain tables, tide tables, and mortgage tables at all times to help sell your home and can answer buyers' questions on schools, shopping, recreation facilities and places of worship.

Having lived on the North Shore with my family for over 34 years, I am very knowledgeable about the North Shore and its benefits. - Prior to being a real estate agent, I was retail buyer, personnel supervisor and merchandiser, and worked for 3 major department stores for over 10 years.
- I was also a kindergarten teacher and swimming instructor / lifeguard.
As you can see from this picture, my daughter Christian and son Charles have grown up and left home, so I now have a real joy in working with families with children, single or double, and all people from all walks of life.
My own interests have included all sports - skiing, running, cycling, golfing, tennis, and my new love, dragon boating.

Charlie Cameron
I grew up in a household were real estate was always the main TOPIC - my dad worked as a corporate lawyer and my mother was and still is a very successful real estate agent. After completing my Bachelor of Business Administration Degree at Capilano University, I chose real estate as my own career, setting a primary goal to live on the North Shore and specialize in North Vancouver and Deep Cove working with clients wherever they went. After 10 years, the goal remains the same and the same level of quality, service and professionalism has matured alongside my business.
While my office is at Sutton West Coast Realty in North Vancouver, I also consider myself a true Vancouver realtor as I have worked with clients extensively not only on the North Shore, but also Downtown, and Greater Vancouver. My knowledge of all regions is an asset to my clients, keeping them well informed of market conditions and opportunities.
